鈴木先生が、冒頭で「ソフトバンクの孫正義氏は、お金持ちだけど、いろいろご苦労された。孫氏は坂本龍馬が好きで、お金儲けを超越した人間になれと言われて、今、情報革命で世界中を幸せにしたいという思いで仕事している」と教えてくれた。お金を儲けたいと思うのは誰もが思うことで、百万、何千万の人々に役に立つ、そんなでっかい志を持ちなさいということだろう。常人には、なかなかそんな高い志は抱けないけど、一歩でも近づけるように努力することは大切だと思う。
さて、歌謡体操だけど、浅野先生が、メンバーを内側と外側のグループに分けて、それぞれのグループがモデル歩きで円を描きながら回っていくように指導。初の試みだったけど、メンバーの一体感がさらに増して、いっそう華やかで楽しく「若い広場」が踊れた。
村川先生は、「背中を均等に使えるようにして･･･」と説明を加えながら、タオルを使った体操を指導。タオル体操は、テコの原理が活用できるので、力の弱い人でも目的の筋肉を簡単に「ストレッチ」することができる。体操の仕方一つで、体幹を強化したり、下半身のストレッチとして効果が期待できるのでおすすめ。
また、村川先生は、「ネコの耳を頭につけて！」と言って、みんなにニャンニャン踊りを指導。グループを半分にわけて、片方のグループが踊っているときは、残りの半分のグループは観覧。観覧に回った生徒は、歌が心おきなく歌えるけれど、踊るグループが歌いながら振り付けするのはかなりきつそうである。村川先生はいつも笑顔で元気に指導してくれるので、みんなも自然と笑みがこぼれてくる。

Towel gymnastics can leverage the principle of lever, so even weak people can "stretch" the desired muscle easily. Recommended because you can strengthen your trunk in one way of gymnastics or expect the effect as a lower body stretch.
Mr. Murakawa also teaches "Pussy dance" to everyone, saying "Put your cat's ears on your head!" When you divide the group in half, when one group is dancing, the other half of the group is seen. The students who went to see the song can sing without difficulty, but it seems pretty hard for the dancing group to choreograph while singing. Professor Murakawa will always teach you with a smile and everyone will spill naturally with a smile.
