　今日は、お盆なので参加者は普段より少なかった。
　鈴木先生の行っている基本体操の中に目を閉じてしばらくの間、静かに立っている体操がある。瞑想の時間だと思うけど、瞑想に何がいいとか悪いとかいった正解はなくて、自然に呼吸している中で、自分のあるがままを受け入れるのが瞑想だと教えてくれた。
　足の裏を自分で触りながら、「柔らかいな」、「痛いな」、「気持ちがいいな」と、何でもいいので感じて下さい、と指導を受けた。気持ちが次第に落ち着いていくのを感じたので、自分を客観視する、自分で自分を観察することは、気持ちを落ち着かせる効果があるようだ。
　鈴木先生は、危機管理についても教えてくれた。台風、地震などの惨事が発生しても、被害が最小限に食い止められるよう普段から危機管理に努めることが重要だとのこと。鈴木先生は、歩道橋を渡るときにも、もしその場で地震が発生したら、どのように身を守るかを意識して歩いているらしい。お風呂に入るときも、もし地震が発生したらどうしたら良いのかを意識しているらしい。こういったことは身を守るためには、確かに重要だと思うけど、そこまで考えるとゆっくり湯に浸かっていられないので、差しあたり人それぞれの判断で行動すれば良いのではないかと思う。
　村川先生が、生徒さんの耳にネコの耳をつけさせてニャンニャン踊り。とても楽しかったけど、まるで保育園で園児たちが踊っているように見えた。

Today is Obon, so participants were less than usual.
There is gymnastics standing quietly for a while while closing his eyes in the basic gymnastics Mr. Suzuki is doing. I think it is the time of meditation, but there is no correct answer such as what is good or bad for meditation, and while breathing naturally, it taught me that it is meditation to accept yourself as it is.
While touching the soles of the feet by themselves, they received guidance saying that they are "soft", "hurt", "feeling good", so I can do anything. Since I felt my feelings gradually calm down, observing myself, objectively looking at myself seems to have a calming effect.
Mr. Suzuki taught me about crisis management as well. Even if a disaster such as a typhoon or an earthquake occurs, it is important to strive for crisis management from the usual way so that damage can be minimized. Mr. Suzuki seems to be walking with awareness of how to protect himself if an earthquake occurs on the spot when crossing a pedestrian overpass. Even when taking a bath, it seems to be conscious of what to do if an earthquake occurs. I think that these things are definitely important for protecting ourselves, but I think that if you think about it, you can not immerse yourself in hot water slowly, so I think that you should act at the discretion of each person per passing.
Professor Murakawa danced a pussy with his ears on the ears of his students. It was a lot of fun but it looked as if the children were dancing at a nursery.
